With a background in law and social work, he brings diverse expertise to his roles. Job’s career includes serving as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and holding managerial positions. He has also lectured on law and gained administrative experience in both Tanzania and Kenya. A member of the Tanzania Law Society since 1990, Job’s dedication extends to the Bible Society of Tanzania, where he served as a Board Member for nine years. As the Board Chair of the Jamii Kwanza Initiative, Job oversees critical aspects like integrity, resource mobilization, and organizational growth, contributing significantly to societal betterment.
Daniel Migera, CEO of Jamii Kwanza Initiative, is a transformative leader committed to education iprovement, clean water access to all, social justice, economic susitainability and
eradicating gender-based violence in Tanzania and beyond. With a background in pastoral work, education management, program coordination, and resource mobilization, he brings a diverse skill set to his advocacy. Daniel holds degrees in Business Administration, Bible Studies, and diplomas in Theology, along with certifications in peacebuilding and grant management. His leadership emphasizes integrity, transparency, accountability, dignity and credibility, aiming for a future where communities thrive without violence or inequality.

Chrispine Chacha Nsato is an accomplished Finance and Tax professional with over 8 years and has practiced in the consulting (Big Four Audit Firm) field and currently work with a reputable International Non- Government Organization as a Partnership Finance Manager
Chrispine has an Undergraduate degree in Finance and is a Certified Tax Consultant in Public practice. As a board member, he brings to the Organization a depth of experience that involves dealing with donors, the Government and other partners including other local NGOs; Finance and Grants, Fundraising, and aspects of compliance.
As a dedicated team player, and in the role of a board member of Jamii kwanza initiative, Chrispine is dedicated to support the Organization in critical areas including but not limited to Governance and Oversight, Strategic Planning, Financial Oversight, Fundraising and Resource Mobilization, Advocacy and Public Relations, Risk Management, Networking and Collaboration, Compliance, Capacity Building, Transparency and Accountability:
