The Jamii Kwanza Initiative (JKI) is a non-profit organization registered in Tanzania

We are dedicated to transforming lives by promoting sustainable development through initiatives that target the most vulnerable and underserved communities. Our organization is deeply committed to education improvement, clean and safe water access, and social empowerment through gender justice, economic opportunities, and leadership development.

We believe that when individuals especially youth and women are equipped with the right tools, skills, and knowledge, they become the cornerstone of resilient, self-reliant, and ethically governed communities. JKI serves as a tool to mobilize local and international resources to uplift communities spiritually, socially, and economically

FREINDLY TOILET

Come and join our efforts to bring smiles to the faces of students at Itongolyangamba Primary School! We’re working on constructing 17 cubicles, providing inclusive toilet facilities for both female and male students.

Students Bicycle Support

We are in need of 400 bicycles to empower students to pursue their dreams and diminish deliberate school absenteeism at Meatu Secondary School, stemming from the challenges of long-distance walking. Our primary focus is on improving the safety and accessibility of education for every student.

Gender-Based Violence

We are committed to fighting against gender-based violence and upholding human rights.
